When you have finished shopping and choose to "Check Out," the first page you will see is Customer Information. As you fill this page out, there are several things you should know.
- First, know that we do not share this information with anyone else. Never, ever. We don't rent our list of customers to any one else, nor do we send out spam email and snail mail to hound you to buy more stuff. We very much appreciate your support -- your purchases make possible the educational videos that we do! And because you support us, we won't abuse the information that you entrust to us.
- You must fill out this information accurately. If there is a mistake in your address and it doesn't match the info that your credit card or PayPal account is tied to, your payment may be declined. If there is a mistake in your email address, the ebook or plans that you ordered won't reach you.
- Some of the boxes may have drop-down menus or lists. This is especially important if you live in a country other than the United States. The default country that appears in the "Country/Region" box is the United States. If you live elsewhere, click on the down arrow or triangle near the right side of the box. A drop-down list of other countries will appear. Find the country you live in, click on it, and it will appear in the box. There may be similar drop-down lists for boxes that ask you to enter the state or province in which you live -- look for the down arrow.
